At the water's edge, structured by centuries old trees, lies the garden with its majestic clumps of rhododendrons and the formal geometry of its reclaimed vegetable beds.

The current renovation aims at conserving the existing elements, meanwhile establishing new shade gardens under the trees and subtle and fragrant mixed borders in the sun.
The vegetable and herb garden will, of course, be the inspiration for the food of the guest table.
